All applicants registering with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency are required to pay a $297.00 non-refundable registration fee, regardless of the pathway selected. This registration fee covers application review, background and eligibility evaluation. If an applicant selects a pathway with a total cost greater than $297.00, $297.00 of that amount is applied toward the required registration fee.
Submission of registration and payment of the registration fee does not guarantee selection, employment, or independent contractor status. All applicants are subject to a formal evaluation process and must meet all agency standards, qualifications, and operational requirements.
Application Review & Selection
All applications are reviewed in accordance with agency policy and applicable laws and regulations. Selection is based on qualifications, professionalism, training eligibility, and current operational needs. Applicants who are formally approved will receive access to authorized training, mentorship, operational resources, and agency systems in accordance with their selected pathway and approval status.
Approved personnel may be covered under applicable agency insurance policies during authorized activities, subject to policy terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.
Non-Selection & Resource Access
Applicants who are not selected for agency appointment will retain access to any non-restricted training, certifications, courses, or educational materials included within their selected pathway, where applicable. Issuance of equipment, apparel, or communications devices does not independently grant operational authority or authorization to represent the agency. All operational participation must be formally authorized and conducted in accordance with agency policy and applicable law.
However, the following items and authorizations are strictly limited to approved personnel and will not be issued or granted to non-approved applicants:
• Agency identification, badges, or insignia
• Agency-branded apparel or uniform items
• Access to restricted agency systems or operational communications
• Authorization to represent or act on behalf of the agency
Issuance of agency identification and operational authority is strictly limited to individuals who have been formally approved and authorized in accordance with agency policy.
Refund Policy / Fee Disclosure Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome, withdrawal, or non-selection. This fee covers application review, background and eligibility evaluation. Applicants who are not approved for agency appointment will retain access to any non‑restricted training or educational resources included within their selected pathway, where applicable.
All registrations are subject to the Registration Fee Disclosure and Application Policy.
