KIT POLICY
All applicants registering with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency are required to obtain the designated agency kit associated with their selected pathway. The standard kit cost is $597.00 and is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated by the agency. The kit is intended to provide approved personnel with required or designated equipment, apparel, training resources, or other materials necessary for participation within the agency.
If an applicant selects a pathway or kit package with a total cost greater than $297.00, the initial $297.00 is applied toward the total cost of the selected kit or pathway package.
Purchase of an agency kit does not guarantee selection, employment, independent contractor status, operational authority, or appointment with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency. All applicants remain subject to a formal evaluation process and must meet applicable agency standards, qualifications, training requirements, and operational requirements.
Application Review & Selection
All applications are reviewed in accordance with agency policy and applicable laws and regulations. Selection is based on qualifications, professionalism, training eligibility, compliance with agency requirements, and current operational needs.
Applicants who are formally approved may receive access to authorized training, mentorship, operational resources, equipment, apparel, communications resources, and agency systems in accordance with their selected pathway, kit, and approval status.
Approved personnel may be covered under applicable agency insurance policies during authorized activities, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and eligibility requirements of the applicable insurance policy.
Non-Selection & Kit Access
Applicants who are not selected for agency appointment will retain access to any non-restricted items, training, certifications, courses, educational materials, or other resources included within their purchased kit or selected pathway, where applicable.
Purchase, possession, or issuance of equipment, apparel, communications devices, training materials, or other kit components does not independently grant operational authority or authorization to represent East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency.
All operational participation must be formally authorized and conducted in accordance with agency policy and applicable law.
However, the following items and authorizations are strictly limited to formally approved personnel and will not be issued, activated, or granted to non-approved applicants:
Issuance of agency identification, restricted kit components, credentials, and operational authority is strictly limited to individuals who have been formally approved and authorized in accordance with agency policy.
Refund Policy / Kit Disclosure Policy
The $297.00 kit payment is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome, withdrawal, non-selection, or an applicant’s decision not to continue with the agency, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The kit payment covers the applicable equipment, apparel, training resources, materials, administrative preparation, or other components identified within the applicant’s selected kit or pathway.
Applicants who are not approved for agency appointment will retain access to or receive any eligible non-restricted kit items, training, courses, certifications, or educational resources included within their selected package, where applicable. Restricted agency credentials, identification, operational access, and other authorization-dependent items will only be provided following formal approval.
All kit purchases are subject to the Kit Policy, Kit Disclosure Policy, agency approval requirements, and applicable agency policies.
