This registration provides applicants with eligibility for formal application review and consideration for agency participation, based on agency standards, applicant qualifications, and operational needs. Applicants who are formally selected and approved may receive access to the following:
• Welcome onboarding email & staff portal access
• Early access to agency events & seminars
• In‑house training programs & educational resources
• Eligibility for participation in the agency volunteer program
• 1‑on‑1 mentorship calls with a State Supervisor or Senior Agent
• Field training opportunities, including surveillance, transport, & operational observation (where authorized).
Access to specific resources is granted only after formal approval and in accordance with agency policy and operational authorization requirements. Applicants who are not selected will retain access to any non‑restricted training or educational materials included within their selected pathway, where applicable.

Issuance of equipment, communications devices, call signs, system access and apparel is strictly limited to applicants who are formally approved and authorized in accordance with agency policy. Approval Channel access, operational participation, and communications privileges are restricted based on approval status, role classification, and supervisor authorization. Apparel issued after successful completion of the 90‑day onboarding probationary phase.

Applicant Advanced Development Package
Registration Fee: $2,300.00

This package includes all benefits of the Applicant Registration Package and Applicant Integration Package, along with additional certification training. Applicants who are formally selected and approved may receive access to the following training certifications

• Baton, OC Spray & Handcuffing Certification

• Multi‑State Concealed Carry Permit
This comprehensive 16‑hour firearms training course qualifies applicants to apply for the Arizona Concealed Carry Permit, which is recognized in 38+ states, subject to each state’s reciprocity laws. This permit also provides eligibility to apply for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) for Maryland residents.
Important Notice: Permit issuance is determined solely by the applicable State Police and licensing authorities. This package includes training and administrative guidance only. Permit approval is not guaranteed.
