The issuance of equipment, communications devices, assigned call signs, system access and official agency apparel is strictly limited to applicants who have received formal approval and authorization in accordance with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency policies and procedures.
Non-Refundable Fee: The $597 selection fee is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome, voluntary withdrawal, disqualification, or non-selection.
All equipment and training package selections are subject to East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency’s Equipment & Training Package Fee Disclosure and Selection Policy. Applicants are required to review and acknowledge all applicable terms, conditions, payment obligations, and non-refundable fee provisions prior to completing their selection and submitting payment.

The issuance of restricted agency equipment, identification, credentials, insignia, assigned call signs, and system access is strictly limited to applicants who have received formal approval and authorization in accordance with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency policies and procedures.
Access to designated agency communication channels, including Approval Channels, as well as operational participation and communications privileges, is restricted based on an individual’s approval status, assigned role classification, and supervisory authorization.
All purchasers remain entitled to the non-restricted equipment, standard agency-branded apparel, and training included in their purchased package, regardless of agency application outcome, in accordance with the agency’s published policy.
