Throughout his career, he has held one of the highest ranks in the United States Army, where he specialized in tactical operations, advanced weapons training, and mission-critical planning. His extensive service includes multiple overseas deployments, where he led and executed high-level consular and mission assignments supporting U.S. national interests abroad.

His expertise blends traditional martial arts discipline with modern defensive strategies tailored for bail enforcement operations. Pierce specializes in close-quarters defense, control and restraint techniques, ground survival, and weapon disarmament, ensuring agents are fully prepared to respond effectively in high-risk encounters.
