Following his military career, Haskins has spent the last 13 years as a licensed Private Investigator, sharpening his skills in surveillance, evidence collection, and case analysis. His extensive service includes multiple overseas deployments, where he led and executed high-level consular and mission assignments supporting U.S. national interests abroad.

Jayshawn Pierce serves as East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency’s Defensive Tactics Trainer, bringing both heritage and mastery to the training floor. As a fourth-generation Black Belt, Pierce carries on a family legacy of martial arts excellence that has been passed down and perfected over decades.
His expertise blends traditional martial arts discipline with modern defensive strategies tailored for bail enforcement operations. Pierce specializes in close-quarters defense, control and restraint techniques, ground survival, and weapon disarmament, ensuring agents are fully prepared to respond effectively in high-risk encounters.
Known for his structured yet high-energy teaching style, Pierce emphasizes not only the technical skill but also the mindset required to stay calm, controlled, and decisive under pressure. Shaun Riley serves as a Multi-Disciplinary Trainer with East Coast Bail Enforcement Agency, bringing a rare combination of military precision, academic expertise, and tactical field instruction. A prior service U.S. Marine, Riley’s foundation in discipline, leadership, and operational readiness is evident in every class he leads.
In addition to his military background, Riley holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, allowing him to provide agents with a deeper understanding of human behavior, stress response, and decision-making under pressure. This unique perspective enhances his ability to prepare agents not just physically, but mentally, for the complex challenges of fugitive recovery and enforcement operations.
