   •    Case Type: In-State & Out-of-State

   •    Bond Range: $10,000 – $1,000,000

   •    Minimum Fee: $350 (if the defendant is later found incarcerated after ECBEA agents have been dispatched and processing has begun)

   •    Definition: A case that has been worked by 2–4 agents/companies, with the defendant fleeing and residing in another state. Considered “semi-burnt.”

   •    Rate: 20%
