Standard Case
• Definition: A fresh case that has not yet been worked on by any agents.
• Rate: 10%
• Case Type: In-State
• Bond Range: $10,000 – $1,000,000
• Minimum Fee: $250 (if the defendant is later found incarcerated after ECBEA agents have been dispatched and processing has begun)

• Definition: A case that has been previously worked by 1–2 agents but has not been overrun.
• Rate: 15%
• Case Type: In-State & Out-of-State
• Bond Range: $10,000 – $1,000,000
• Additional Costs: Travel expenses may apply
• Minimum Fee: $350 (if the defendant is later found incarcerated after ECBEA agents have been dispatched and processing has begun)

Out-of-State Case
• Definition: A case that has been worked by 2–4 agents/companies, with the defendant fleeing and residing in another state. Considered “semi-burnt.”
• Rate: 20%
• Case Type: In-State & Out-of-State
• Bond Range: $10,000 – $1,000,000
• Additional Costs: Travel expenses apply
• Minimum Fee: $500 (if the defendant is later found incarcerated after ECBEA agents have been dispatched and processing has begun)

• Definition: A fully burnt case worked by 4–6 agents/companies, typically when the bondsman/surety has only 3–4 days remaining to close the file.
• Rate: 25%
• Case Type: In-State & Out-of-State
• Bond Range: $10,000 – $1,000,000
• Additional Costs: Travel expenses apply
• Minimum Fee: $1,000 (if the defendant is later found incarcerated after ECBEA agents have been dispatched and processing has begun)
